I liked the pants overall. The reinforced knees and seat will make them last longer and keep them warmer. I don't love the bulkiness but they are not as puffy as the other pair of bibs so it is nice enough for the price. Overall a good value and they will likely last 2 seasons because they are a bit big now. Great quality. We have yet to put them to the test but these seem very warm and durable. I purchased a medium for my 9 year old son who is 78lbs and average height and they fit perfectly. He normal wears a medium or size 10. These are perfect in length and perfect around the waist. They do sit up pretty high, at the TRUE waist. My son wears a 12 or 14, so, based on reviews, I ordered the boys XXL (11-12) and they are massive! They were incredibly long and about 4-6 inches too wide. Haven’t used them yet but counting on other reviewers that these pants are great in snow. Tried them on my 5 year old who is normal weight and height and for XS which says 5 on tag. They do have to go up to almost past his belly button but will prolly get a couple years out of them. The Velcro securely fastens tight on waist. I bought these as a backup cause recess in the snow everyday doesn’t give much drying time. For the price they are fantastic. Just as thick as the other pair that cost more, actually fit a little better too. Would buy again!
