I mean for the price (even more so if you can catch a good sale) you can’t go wrong with this jacket. It’s very light weight yet warm enough for western Washington’s winter which drags out until practically now (today is 4/26). We bought this for my husky, rambunctious 5 and half year old son who is very active about 2/20. I’m still sending him off to school most days wearing this jacket although he comes home with it stuffed in his backpack but it’s still chilly enough in the morning for him to need it usually. However because he’s so husky the sleeves were always a bit too long and he tended to undo when I would roll them up so his hands were visible and proceeded to bite at/mouth the end of the sleeve hanging down until just today he ripped the dang sleeve open and the fake down stuffing has started escaping! I think I paid $32.50 for the jacket and it’s prob at the end of it’s life both in use ability’s as it’s finally warming up to not need an actual jacket/coat as a hoodie or fleece is sufficient and that I’m not a sewer not even a basic one and he’s ripped out the hem of a sleeve basically, so it’s done in that sense as well. I thought about just buying another one but it’s practically 70 degree’s this afternoon and I can’t justify the cost unless I find them for like $10 and under lol. ... show more

Love, love, love this jacket! I have the adult version and so I went to seek one for my kiddos. They fold up into a bag, but are super warm - I bought one for both of my kiddos and they are perfect! If you are on the fence, buy it :)
