I really love this little necklace, but I did have a few small issues - the chain is very small, and very thin, and came with a knot so tight I couldn't untangle it for anything. I ended up replacing the chain with a longer, wider chain. The pendant does have a way of switching so the pawprint and the "dog mom" are on opposite sides. At first I thought it was necessary to take it apart and put it back together, but I discovered you can just rotate the pawprint charm around the ring that holds the pendant together. It is lovely, and I like it very much, but it did require a bit of tweaking to make it something that can be worn every day. ... show more

    • No box just a plastic ziplock but great product.
The recipient is a woman in early forties. She loved it. I personally think the chain is too thin, but the recipient loved it. I had to purchase box because this comes in a plastic Pouch.

This is a great necklace, but the Dog Mom Font is a little small on the charm.
