I wanted affordable earrings that wouldn't turn my skin green, and these fit the bill. I purchased a while ago and recently lost one of the earrings. (Something I'm prone to do, hence wanting affordable earrings vs real diamonds.) I started looking at other style/cut options, but ultimately chose to purchase the same kind as before for 2 reasons. If I lose one again, I'll still have a complete pair since I have 1 from my first set. But a big factor was also that the product page (as of posting this) says the country of origin is USA. All the other cuts/styles had other countries listed. (That being the case, I guess I really shouldn't have been surprised when the earrings arrived with a Made in Vietnam tag attached to them. What are the chances that one random style would be made in the USA while the rest are made elsewhere?) ... show more
