Five of the 12 cans I ordered arrived damaged. It did NOT look as if it had happened during shipping, but during the packing process. The 12 cans were shrink wrapped with a box bottom, then put into a box with a packing material, and it was all in good condition. Been buying Wag canned Beef Stew and Vegetables for years. It was always a dark brown, authentic beef stew aroma and color with brown gravy. My dogs love it and jump up while I am trying to put their feeding dishes down for them. It always smelled so good it made my family hopeful something was in the crockpot. Something is different...the rich, dark brown beefy stew meat with gravy has become an anemic, pinkish beige looking, very solid, unappetizing product. It smells entirely different and looks entirely different. It cannot be the same meat in the Wag cans. My dogs refuse to eat it. It no longer entices anybody.
