I have a 2018 Honda Civic hatchback with all the bells and whistles, including a fancy computer with onboard Apple Car Play and Android Auto. I gave up Apple phones a while ago, so Android is it for me. With a brand new phone, and a new "fast" cable purchased from a local store, I could NOT get my car to connect to Android Auto until I bought a cord from Amazon. This one is the replacement for the first one, a similar cord with fast charging capabilities, and it works like a charm every time. I don't think I'll buy any more cheap cables from local stores when this one, and its predecessor, are all I need. ... show more
