The color hides scuffs from baggage handling. The wheels give a super smooth ride. The material seems durable, but I’ve only taken two of the bags out twice. Handles are a good height and not chincy at all - their solid. Would’ve liked spots dedicated for shoes and cosmetics on one of the inside pockets , but it’s all good with the space these things give you. Wish it had one more outside handle for lifting, but the two handles work. They’re a great value for the money.

This is great luggage for the value but I would like to make two recommendations: 1. Put a label holder on the luggage so that if it gets lost, you can stick an id card in there for people to easily track you down - this is a no brainer. Every luggage has this , but not this luggage. 2. It would be great to have handles on both sides rather than just one side. But, this idea is not standard with luggage. But if it was, you can easily strap all your luggage together and roll it in one big mass.

The luggage looks great, we'll see how it holds up to the baggage handlers on Monday. 1 problem, the large front pocket on the 28" does not have a pull or a slide. Zipper is there and closed but no way to open it. Simple fix, I ordered a Zipper repair kit( who knew there was such a thing) about $15 from Amazon. Now I learned something and won't have to throw away clothing with broken zippers. Always a silver lining.

At first i was skeptical on whether to buy these or not. I was making a big move across the country and needed extra bags. I had three layovers and when I arrived to my destination the were intact, they resisted the whole trip, no broken wheels nor handles or zippers. I would very much recommend them to anyone making either long or short trips

Manufacturer for Amazon locked the TSA lock, but did not put an instruction sheet in the shipping box that tells you how to work the lock. When addressing with Amazon agent, they do not have access to the manufacturer or the instructions on how to use the lock. As a result, a replacement luggage set is being shipped (will it have instructions....agent doesn't know) and this luggage set is being returned. Extra cost for Amazon, and frustrations for the customer that needs the luggage in 3 days. The agent I spoke with did a great job in helping. Getting to an agent and battling the robo answerer is another frustration. Would this happen if I used Walmart on line shopping...... good question?

Positives about this luggage: It's lightweight. I do like the soft sided luggage with the expandable sides. And it is sturdy. However, I've only used the large suitcase and after 2 uses, the TSA lock no longer works. It doesn't roll easily on even thin carpet and takes both hands to keep it rolling straight. In addition, there should be a handle on the bottom of the suitcase.

This set of suitcases are lightweight and very easy to roll in all different directions. The wheels are smooth, and the handles are strong. The telescoping drag handle is fantastic. What a great find for a great price. We don't use these for regular travel so I can't speak of the longevity of the product.
