I have purchased these Amazon brand overnight pads at least 10 times now, so I feel I can safely say that these are a GREAT deal if you just want an thin overnight pad & don’t care about the more popular name brands. I don’t care about packaging or branding or technology — I just want coverage & confidence in my pad. I’m a bigger girl — 20WP on a good day, 22WP on my period — & I use these as my pads both overnight & during the daytime because they provide a secure layer of coverage in conjunction with a tampon for me. They’re long & cover from front to back very well. They’re thin & quiet, & the sticky back is enough to kept them secure in my underwear. The material allows discharge to dry very quickly, & there’s no smell from what I can tell. These also appear to be fragrance free & gentle on my skin. I don’t have super sensitive skin, but it’s good to know they’re not uncomfortable or irritating. I like them because they’re so thin but they make me feel secure. & they’re relatively inexpensive — comparatively — compared to other brands. In the past I had had trouble with Amazon brand pads not having good enough adhesive and slipped off. That problem seems to have been solved and these are secure with good absorption. I know this product wasn't made for wound recovery but my son had a spider bite infection on his rear that had to be lanced so instead of medical tape on a sensitive area I opted for these to stick on his unders where it stayed in place and in that I can attest to comfort and absorbency in this area with no leakage. They were very inexpensive and there are 24 individually wrapped pads. The only negatives I found was the sticky strip on the pad and wings was kind of hard to peel off and the top peeled off the pad when it was wet.     • It's a basic pad, too thin for overnight

My usual Stayfree Ultra Thin pads were out of stock so I gave these a try. They're ok--they're too thin and flimsy to hold up more than a few hours, let alone overnight unless you're an insomniac. I use twice as many of these that I do my usual brand, so it's not much of a savings. But the worst thing for me is the design on the pad. You can see it in other customer pictures. The pad is going to get blood on it, why does there need to be a picture there? It looks vaguely like a vaginal opening, like girls and women don't know where it goes in underwear. Does the manufacturer think women are stupid and need a diagram? It has a shaded part between the labia part of the drawing, like women's anatomy has eyes and can "aim" for that shaded area where the blood should go. I assure you, we can't control where the blood flows. I don't know why the design is on the pad, but it seems condescending and unhelpful. Who thought this was a good idea? ... show more

Nice, thin pads. More discreet than the thicker ones I was using for years. I appreciate the stronger adhesive on the wings, too. My other ones would let go and bunch up during the day and I was so worried about leaking. I'm way more confident with these.
