This cover looks good but my wife just scraped her arm and got into bed. Was a little blood on the cover. Took it off to wash and saw the blood went right through onto the quilt. If you're looking for something to protect a quilt from even a little bid of liquid this isn't it.

When I put it on my comforter, my bed looked liked it belonged in some kid's dorm room who had found some extra linens and threw them on the bed to cover it up.
