What a great suitcase! I was a little nervous buying a suitcase online, but to my surprise, this suitcase is great! It has survived extreme weathers like snow and harsh rains, and not to mention the material is ideal! The 3rd time I used it the front pocket zipper busted. I like the case and size. But this zipper coming off leaves this case pretty much useless. I am currently asking if it can be replaced. UPDATE - in less than 12 hours, the Amazon team responded is replacing the bag. Now that is true customer service, thank you Amazon team

5 star except for durability as I have not used it yet. So that is the only reason for the 3. I will update durability later. Like what I see. Going to spray an orange band around it or something. Why are all bags black? All look alike. Going on a trip next month whether the political pandemic subsides or not. Getting out of the house and on the road again. Shoot me. Cabin fever here. This bag is a great in between size. My cary on bag is just a bit too small for everything. Small check bag I have which I can sneak by as a carry on just needs a little more room. This bag which is just an inch or so bigger around is the answer. And I will check it as I am tried of lugging crap into the cabin and trying to stuff it into the overhead.. If my dirty underwear gets lost so what. Just wait 20 minutes and relax while the belt goes round and round.

This is JUST what I needed. As an over-packer, a standard-size carry-on won't work for a weekend trip. But, using my large suitcase was INSANE for a weekend trip. Enter this Amazon Basics suitcase! It's the perfect size. So far - after two trips - it seems durable enough. I was able to maneuver it onto the train to NYC and around NYC with ease. I like that it has a large exterior zipper pocket - I always wind up with last-minute items that I need to shove somwhere, and rely on this pocket for my shoving needs. Note that it is NOT meant to be used as a carry-on (too big)!

I bought this to replace my old bag which had put in many years of service and need to be retired. I was unsure if I should buy this one because I didn't know if I would get a quality bag for the price. But I took the chance and I'm so happy I did! This is bag flew to China and spent 2 weeks on trains, taxis, multiple hotels, rolling everywhere, across all kinds of surfaces. It came back looking like new, it really held up well, it is also very light and easy to roll.

Very basic but held up great for 3 week Europe trip. Doesn't have all the cool little compartments as other but cost is much cheaper than fancy ones. Construction is good and wheels roll great which is what I purchased it for. Would recommend.

I just received it. Can’t say much but so far it looks good. Amazon on the other hand delivered this item off my door to my apartments reception office door in the open, and the office was closed that day. Lucky for me, I was home therefore, had to drive to the reception to pick it up. I only knew where it was because of the picture they uploaded when declaring delivered! If the picture wasn’t uploaded to show the door I would have never known where it was delivered. Can Amazon send people who actually knows how to read addresses and directions!!!!!!!

Being an old guy I thought luggage sizes were measured by length and width and depth. Evidently they are measured from the floor not the case itself. So a 25 inch is a 24 inch. It cost me a retun fee because no one company gives the measurements from the floor including wheels. Just be aware a 25 inch suticase with spin around wheels is really the old 24 inches suitcase and the same holds true for all with wheels. Subtract an inch from the size if it has spin wheels. It costs to return it now.
