I am attempting to develop my ability to play-by ear. This keyboard seems to be a basic, quality tool that I can use to improve my play-by-ear ability. The purchase included: keyboard and A/C adapter (keyboard can also use 6 AA batteries instead of A/C) an easy-to-assemble basic stand for the keyboard headphones a Quick Start Guide in English, French and Spanish a more detailed owner’s manual The keyboard supports 255 timbres (for example, acoustic grand piano) and 255 rhythms (for example, hard rock) plus a zillion other capabilities as outlined in the manual. Everything that I tried seemed to work as described. I am quite satisfied with this purchase. It seems to be a well-designed, no-frills, inexpensive digital keyboard system that will satisfy my needs for many years. This keyboard is a good set for a beginner. It comes with everything needed to get started plus some extras. The stand is sturdy enough to hold the keyboard, there is a book rack for those using sheet much and it even comes with a set of headphones.

You get a lot with this keyboard. It comes with a stand which is great. It comes with headphones so you can quietly play the piano. It has great instructions and lessons plus so much more. This is the perfect set-up for a beginner piano player. The price is fantastic too! I would recommend this portable piano.

This piano was better quality than I expected for the price. The installation of the stand was pretty straightforward. The instructions were provided but was at the end of the large instruction booklet. I had expected it to be easier to find and maybe be part of the Quick Start Guide, which it wasn't. As for the stand, I did wish there were some plastic end pieces to block off the protruding screws at the ends. It seems like it can be a little hazardous and cut someone if the kick those pieces with their bare foot. Also, the stand blocks off the battery compartment. Therefore, to replace the batteries, you'll need to unscrew the 2 screws at the bottom of the keyboard to do so. Also, for the height adjustment, it's the same thing, there isn't a quick way to adjust height. You'll need to basically unscrew 4 screws and re-install at the preferred height. Other than that, it has worked out very well. I used the key stickers so that my kids can start learning the piano. The keys are pretty light weight but does have good feel. The sound is also pretty good and accurate.

This unit compared to its equivocal from other brands would be interesting discussion by/with (professional) musicians, because to me - this unit is quite exceptional, juxtaposed to the tinker-toy model I had as a kid. The price-point is certainly in the affordable range. First thing, this one is much lighter than I expected, so it is quite portable, the grandkids will have no problem moving it around. Having headphones will let a player not disturb the rest of the house. I think the most impressive/useful function is the LED display, it has a keyboard image there and the keys in it light up corresponding to the music, making learning it something like follow-the-bouncing-ball, heck I could learn some from it if I were interested - and musical fundamentals have always stymied me. I'm not a musician, I rarely even listen to music, I got this for a gift to my grandkids, my granddaughter has shown specific interest in music and keyboards/pianos. I did open this up, plug it in, and puttered around on it to get a feel for it, insure it meets this Grandpa's standards. It does. It comes with TWO manuals, one to clarify set-up, etc., and the thicker one (it's like a magazine) has so much data in it - I was effectively overwhelmed due to my own musical ignorance. This unit will integrate into a larger studio/stage equipment system, all the how-to stuff is in the manual. I have every confidence that the grandkid(s) will have no problems or issues with this unit, yes it has a lot as far as functions capacity making it rather complex, but that doesn't mean difficult. For a young, beginning musician especially, this perfect; heck, no doubt 'big people' well-seasoned musicians will jam out on it too.

The Good: -Easy to assemble -Lightweight -Built-in speaker -Great sound -Built-in ports for hooking up all kinds of speakers -Easy to operate and learn -61 standard full-size keys -Adjustable-height piano stand -Good value The Bad: -None The Bottom Line: I have set up this Amazon digital piano in my living room and it looks great. It was mostly easy to set up once you find the instructions. The piano itself sounds great through the built-in speakers. There are multiple audio jacks that you can hook other devices to it. The keys are full-size and great to learn on. The piano is light enough that you can move it around if you need to. Overall, I would highly recommend this digital piano for its performance and value.

Honestly I didn't know what to expect because it is an Amazon brand. But I am very impressed by the sound quality! It is a great learning piano keyboard for my son who is a beginner. It is extremely fairly priced and it comes with nice little touches like the stand for the book and the songs that are already installed within the keyboard.
