This is my favorite poly bubble mailer thus far and I'll continue getting these! Outside doesn't get dirty with dust easily. The quality for the price is really good. Seal's adhesive is a hit or miss, but I just put an extra tape to be safe. 10.5"x16" is a good size for most items and it's easy to fold, so packing orders are quick. This mailer has a "cushiony" feel to it. Not too thick, but not thin at all, I like that you can't see any silhouettes of the items inside.

I have brought these bubble mailers multiple times, and will begin this review by saying that there does seem to be some difference in the quality each time I order. However, even though the quality is not consistent, it is still suitable for my needs and due to the great value price, I will continue to order these bubble mailers. They are sturdy and perfect for what I need - mainly shipping delicate books, videogames and movies. The non-adhesive strip is easy to peel off and the adhesion is very strong. Once these mailers are sealed, they look unlikely to accidentally open up during shipping.

These mailers are advertised as self-sealing, but that’s misleading. When you peel off the strip, there’s no adhesive left on the mailer itself—only the piece you peel off has any stickiness. I thought maybe it was just a defect in the first one, but all 50 were like this. You basically have to tape them shut yourself. On top of that, the bubble wrap is extremely thin and offers minimal protection. I needed them for immediate shipping, so I couldn’t return them, but I definitely wouldn't purchase these again. There are much better options available. Disappointed, Amazon—this product missed the mark.

These are perfect for my organization. We use them to ship our monthly premium to our donors. They are unbranded, which we needed, and durable. The bubble lining is substantial. They are not see through at all and when they arrive at their destination, they don't look like they've been through the ringer. We have shipped small hand size books and large hardcover books and found the capacity is sufficient for it all.

Perfect for small businesses. I like the white color of these mailer. The fact that the bubble is already in the mailer makes my shipping process that much easier! The mailers are durable and waterproof. Great value!

Decent Quantity, but Poor Adhesive and Quality I bought the Amazon Basics Poly Bubble Mailer 8.5" x 12" 100 pack thinking it would be a reliable and cost-effective way to ship items, but the quality leaves a lot to be desired. While you do get a large quantity for the price, which is great for frequent shippers, the actual construction of the mailers feels cheap and not as sturdy as I expected. The biggest issue is the adhesive strip. It doesn’t stick well, and in some cases, it barely holds the flap down. For mailing important items, this is a serious problem since I have to add extra tape just to make sure the package stays sealed. That completely defeats the convenience of having a self-sealing mailer in the first place. The bubble padding inside is also on the thinner side, offering only minimal protection. I don’t feel confident shipping anything even slightly fragile in these without adding extra padding. They’ll work fine for lightweight, non-breakable items, but anything beyond that feels risky. Overall, these mailers get the job done for basic shipping, but the poor adhesive and flimsy quality make them less dependable than I’d like. For the price, they’re acceptable, but I’d rather pay a little more for sturdier mailers that don’t require extra tape and reinforcement.

These are useful and for the price, they are an excellent value. I mail lots of little gifts and trinkets to friends, nephews, etc (because getting a surprise in the mail is always such a joy!) and these work well - they protect anything fragile, and they aren't so big that they get expensive to mail. My one concern was that they all came loose in a box. It makes storing them a little more challenging! I'd be nice if they were packaged in sets of 5 or 10 instead of all loose. But still, they'll serve their purpose nicely.
