Personally, I purchased the Amazon Basics Foldable Laundry Rack for Air Drying Clothing - 29.4 x 14.8 x 41.9 inches because my apartment's dryer had all but stopped drying. The appliance needed a clean and I simply couldn't wait for maintenance to get around to it's cleaning/repair. Since I couldn't do this myself, I decided to pursue other means to dry my clothes and linens. As someone who doesn't want my clothes to get bleached by the sun or covered in pollen, I had to find an indoor solution. Setting up and taking down this laundry rack is super easy and doesn't require much hand stretch. While set up, the rack is sturdy and capable of holding a ton of heavy, wet clothes. I set up a fan on the floor, aimed up at the rack and leave it in a closed room, checking on it every hour. Now, I don't know if I am using less energy because of my use of the fan, but I don't have to pay for the dryer and my clothes are getting dry. I am very happy with my purchase.

I was looking for a rack to hang up my towels, bathing suit, etc. after swim practice, but since we live in a condo with only a balcony I needed something compact but durable. So easy to use - pull it apart, snap the top bar on to hold it and you have plenty of rods on which to hang your items. (Tip: buy the little clothes pins that come in a small bag to go with this - you'll be glad you did!) I put it on my deck, hang my items to dry and then I just pull up the top bar, fold it down and stash it behind a patio chair for next time. I've only had it for about a month or so, but put it up and down at least twice a week and so far, so good. Seems to be pretty durable and sturdy. Perfect for what I wanted (and in inclement weather I can also stand it in my bathtub)

I have bought at least four different laundry racks to hang my wet clothes on to dry so that I can save money on my electric! Especially my wet heavy towels. The first two I bought in a local store and they were not sturdy. The other two racks I bought on Amazon and the slats all broke off. One by one! Threw them both out! Did not want to go through the hassle of returning them so I lost money on those racks! This time I took my time to read the reviews and look at the videos in search on a sturdier well made rack that will last and I am very happy so far with this well make drying rack! There’s no assembly. It’s very sturdy and holds up well! I highly recommend this dryer rack!

happy with my purchase, as it sometime you need your slightly wet clothes to air dry rather than wait for your dryer to handle it. This thing is sturdy, easy to open and close, and has good enough space to hang clothes Having said that, this is not sturdy enough for heavy dripping clothes, I might try to hang my fluffy throw which my dryer sometimes leave it wet. Hope it withstands, will update in future when I do so.

It took 30 seconds from box to set up... 1,2,3 done. No tools ,screws etc. required. Just pull up and snap the ends. This is a coated metal, not wood and should last a long time. It fits perfectly inside my shower stall or inside my garden tub. It's a perfect size with enough rods to hang whatever you need to dry. Comes in handy for drying delicate items or anything that requires drip drying. You can take it outdoors on a porch to dry your item in the sun or breezy day. I am pleased with this purchase and happy to find that it's still manufactured and available for purchase. It serves many other uses not just cloths. It folds up to store away. Great item!!

I've been meaning to buy a dryer rack for years and finally did. I was tired of hanging up clothes all over the house to dry. I thought I would try this one and it's been great! It's actually larger than I expected, which is a plus! Since it's taller, it doesn't take up a lot of room, just a thin space. I have a medium sized fan that can tilt in any direction and I put it under the rack pointed up to speed up dry time and it works perfect for me. It seems decently built and sturdy while also being very light weight! It's easy to fold down if you choose to. The only con is if you have a really large load it probably won't fit it all on there, you might need two.

I love this drying rack, I bought it to replace one that was 10+ years old and that survived college, 7+ moves, and was on its last leg. This new drying rack is suuuuch an upgrade - it expands to be really roomy and it fits SO much on it, but when you pack it back down it fits in the thin space between my washer and the closet wall PERFECTLY. It's really sturdy and I'm very happy with my purchase!!

Very light weight, easy to fold up and transport, and does the job drying clothes and blankets. For larger items such as comforters and blankets, I draped them over the entire unit as opposed to trying to fit them over the bars. I purchased a second one after receiving and testing out the first one. If you don't own a dryer, grab one or more of these depending on how much laundry you do.
