Recently I got into KonMari and decluttering, and wanted a new dresser to reflect the new changes in my life and wardrobe. I wanted something smaller than what I currently had, and lighter, too, since the prospect of moving something heavy up flights of stairs didn’t appeal to me in the slightest. I had my eye on this style of dresser, loving the look of the fabric drawers for a more casual look to my apartment. I also liked the 5-drawer set up, meaning I’d have to learn to be more efficient with my clothing storage but still have a decent way to divide my clothing up. The flat top leaves it open to customize however you want. I plan on using it to hold jewelry and other wardrobe accessories. It was easy to set up, instructions were clear and I wasn’t missing any hardware or assembly parts. You do need a screwdriver, and I left all the screws loosely screwed in until I had all the parts connected, then went back through to tighten them all up. All the metal pieces and top had no imperfections and went together as they should. The fabric drawers feel appropriately sturdy for what they’re made out of, but I do appreciate that replacement drawers can be ordered, even in different colors to fit your home’s vibe. For a quick reference, in one of the bottom drawers I put in 4 pairs of jeans, 3 pairs of leggings, and 1 pair of sweatpants and still had a smidge of room to spare (display folded instead of an upright fold). The weight didn’t affect the motion of pulling or pushing the drawer in and out, but over-stuffing it would lead to your clothing catching on the width-wise support rods separating the two levels. This fits great in my walk-in closet, and because it’s so light for a dresser it’s easy to move. It isn’t very tall, so check and then recheck the measurements on the product page before you order. The smaller size is one of the points of this dresser that really appealed to me, but you do have to bend over to open the drawers. Though there are adjustable feet, I see these more as keeping the dresser even on uneven carpet more than trying to add any height. Overall I’m very happy I purchased this dresser. It’s simple, casual, and can be the perfect solution for a lot of organizational needs.

This turned out to be a great purchase! It was easy to assemble and it doesn’t take up too much space. It’s not that heavy so I was able to carry it upstairs. I would buy this again!

I was a bit worried because of some negative reviews, but the product turned out to be great! It was also pretty easy to assemble. I did it alone in just 10–15 minutes. It’s perfect for my baby’s drawer, and there’s no risk of pinched fingers.

I love this... but OMG it STINKS! I'm a senior and had no problem assembling this.. but by the time I got done I was nauseous. The chemical odor is coming from the wood top and the metal frame... NOT the cloth drawers, which are fine. It is currently totally assembled and sitting outside on the deck for a few days. with 5 boxes of baking soda.. One emptied inside each drawer to try to neutralize the odors in the top and metal frame... not sure I want to keep it, but.. if I send it back I have to withstand that smell long enough to dis- assemble it...research tells me the problem is the preservatives in the wood top.... Formaldehyde and it needs to " de-gas" That's why it is making me nauseous and head achy. Amazon.. you owe me for this one.. Got a good deodorizer??? Update.. it is sitting in the back yard . I brought it in the house after 24 hours outside... No improvement. I removed another star. Update.. it has now been outside for10 days. Brought it in and had to put it back outside. It's better but not normal yet. I removed another star. UPDATE... 3 WEEKS sitting outside it still smells of formaldehyde and makes me nauseous. I think I've given it a fair chance. I cant disassemble it to send it back because I cant be around it that long without getting sick. Neighbor is making a run to the dump tomorrow and will take it with him... REMOVED ANOTHER STAR...
