I do not like to check a bag so I purchased and returned a few searching for one that would hold 11 days worth of clothes and still meet Lufthansa’s size limit. This one is under the limit and met most of my wants. The only thing missing is the mesh pocket to put a beverage. The expanding handle isn’t the smoothest, but works. Spinner wheels work smoothly. I’m 5’ and this is light enough for me to lift overhead . Love the blue. All in all, it feels like a sturdy bag.

For price and function, I find this carryon to be ideal. It’s 23” as opposed to most that are 21”. I like that the inside pockets are see-through so you can easily identify what’s inside. The only issue I have after three years of vigorous use is the handle no longer retracts without vigorously and forcefully pushing it down.

We went to 3 countries in Europe in 2019, flying on 4 different airlines. Before leaving, I was concerned to have a piece of luggage that would not only travel the airlines well, but would fit in the smaller European cars/taxis. The Spinner was sturdy and withstood the trip well without tearing, breaking, etc. It returned in as good condition as when it left. It was very easy to maneuver; I love the spinner wheels. The adjustable handle was a good height and was easy to operate. I especially loved the handle at the bottom of the case. Someone was a genius for engineering that. Why, you wonder? When you pick the suitcase up to lay flat on the bed, or put in a trunk, or any sort of handling, you grip the non-adjustable handle at the top with one hand and then grab on to the handle at the bottom of the suitcase for complete balanced control. Loved it! The case is not heavy and fit well in cars and on the stands in the smaller European hotel rooms. In the past, I hated traveling leaving my case unlocked, so I felt much better having the TSA locks. I saw the info online on how to set the lock before I ordered it, and I was happy to see those instructions included with my suitcase when it arrived. I packed a week's worth of clothes in my 25", washing once at each hotel, and was able to pack some small souvenirs for the return trip. I'm very happy with the suitcase and have absolutely nothing negative to say. After our return, I used it for a stateside trip the following month with just as good results. One caveat: This says it is an expandable case. Placed horizontally, there is a zipper around the top to expand the case, but it essentially gives you an extra 1" to 1.5" height at the zipper, but not through the center. I was going to take a photo but there's no way to show it.

i loved this suitcase and used it probably 7-8 times. It was great except that after 3 years, one side of the handle would not extend fully or retract completely which made it very cumbersome trying to fit it in the overhead bin of the aircraft. I found a little button inside where the handle would retract when pushed, but it was under all my clothes and not practical to get to when needed. The other side of the handle works fine.

I was a little skeptical of the quality since it's not really a name brand, but I was pleasantly surprised. I bought the 20.4 inch size in black for a 2 week trip to Europe, and it was perfect. Airlines are getting stricter about what sizes constitute as carry on, so it was nice to have peace of mind that it never got singled out to be checked in. If you do need to check it, the built in TSA lock is pretty cool. I was a little afraid that maybe the wheels might give out (since this was my first spinner wheel) or that the handle would break, but it stood up to a lot of wear and tear. It's gone over cobblestones, loose gravel, and frankly been tossed around quite a bit since I visited Rome, Florence, Switzerland, and Amsterdam. If you're a light packer like myself, I was able to carry two thermal pants (visited in the winter), two thermal tops, two pairs of jeans, two tights, five different tops, a hair straightener, two weeks worth of underwear, five pairs of socks, and a pair of tennis shoes no problem. It was my first time traveling without having a checked bag and it's very freeing not having to wait on luggage. I think the only real cons I'd have to point out is that when I got the luggage there were quite a few different loose threads on the inside since I figure it's a quick stitch job as well as the handle feeling slightly flimsy when fully extended. Other than that, I hope to travel with this luggage on many more trips!

We purchased four of these suitcases (red, green, blue and purple) for a 6 week trip to Europe. This trip included 6 flights, multiple train rides (Eurorail passes), and dragging these suitcases up and down steps in the metros / underground as well as across cobblestone streets in London, Wales, York, Edinburgh, Haarlem (Netherlands), Brugges (Belgium), Vienna, Rome, Venice, and Paris. Handles: The handles are smooth and feel nice in the hands while pulling into he suitcases along. However, the red suitcase’s handle stopped working approximately half way through the trip (after our 3rd flight). The handle remained extended for the rest of our trip. Zippers: We has no problems with the zippers on any of the suitcases. We were impressed as we’d had issues with zippers on more expensive suitcases failing on previous international trips. Wheels: Despite all of the stairs these cases were dragged up / down and all of the cobblestone streets that these suitcases were dragged across, we had no problems with the wheels on any of these bags. The same cannot be said for the additional suitcase (not an Amazon bag) purchased in Venice whose wheels broke over the cobblestone streets. Seams: one of our suitcases (the blue one) had a seam failure approximately half way through the trip. However, the seam that failed was on the exterior pocket and did not prevent our usage of the bag. The other three suitcases (red, green, and purple) had no such issues. Overall, we were very impressed with the performance of these suitcases. The reasonable price makes their performance even more impressive.
