Initially this seemed well made, even though it off-gassed terribly. Assembly was going smoothly until we tried to connect the two drive shaft pieces with the provided collar (part #12)...only to discover that the teeth on one end of the collar were defective, preventing the collar from slipping over the drive shaft. We bought this desk earlier this year and we loved it so we got another one. This one had issues, when assembling the top 2 panels we couldn't get rid of the gap.
