I wear panty liners 24/7 with my bladder condition. I use these everyday and every night. They are thin, but I need to change them a lot anyway. They work for me. You can’t see through your pants. They are thin so don’t feel like a diaper. Stick to your panties well.

I like the size and that it stays put for several hours. I noticed it seems to start coming apart after several hours, say four hours. Also, one price I paid seemed reasonable and then started getting higher each time I looked for it; that annoyed me. The cost should stay the same for several months I think. I kept buying it because it was fragrance free, and other brands added fragrance. I would also note that women’s products seem to have a higher cost than men’s. This unfair practice seems to be prevalent across many brands, including Amazon.

I usually buy the Always ones but I decided to try these out seeing as price wise two of these boxes would be the same as one box of Always liners. They are slightly bigger, and thinner than Always. Overall, not too big a difference. I'll use them for a few and update on how they hold up.

These pads are a good match to the leading brands and way less expensive. They are absorbent and don't bunch up. The adhesive is strong. Will definitely continue to buy these over the expensive name brands.

Doesn't absorb!

I bought the extra-long to compare with the length I buy now. Cons: The most important thing you buy liners for is to absorb moisture, and they don't absorb well. It just runs off to the side. They aren't individually wrapped. That seems a bit unsanitary. If you have neuropathy, good luck trying to get the paper off the pad. Pros: They are a great length, and they stick so well you can hardly get them out.
