I mostly got this set for the weird handle thing and to have extra tips. The handle works great when my screwdrivers can't get a screw out. I got this set when I was buying furniture from Ikea.     • A great "around the house" tool set
I got these because I wanted to have a set of tools that I could take a computer apart with,disassembel my dryer and fix the Ikea shelf that is holding up the pots in my kitchen. This does all 3! I probably have most of these tools laying around somewhere in the house but I have ADHD and so do the people I live with. We misplace things ALL THE TIME >.< so I could take 5+ minutes trying to find the 00 cross/philips set I have somewhere or I can find it in this and be done with whatever task I need to knock out. The whole set is decent, I did manage to lose the extender piece when taking apart said dryer so I'll have to fish that out one day. But I have everything else I'd need to take it apart to get to it! I know there are sets with more bits, get them if you need them, I didn't so this works for me. ... show more

    • Fine For Light Household Use
This would be a good for someone with limited space who wanted to keep it in a kitchen drawer for occasional use. I bought it for work, mainly to have allen wrenches on a screwdriver handle, and it's not so suitable for professional use. The ratchet setting control is a ring around the handle and it is very easy to change the ratchet setting by accident while turning screws. It works fine as a stubby handle screwdriver but there is a lot of play in the handle if the handle extension is inserted. That amount of play makes it harder to start wood screws. There are some things I like about it. It's a decent case and all of the bit storage slots tilt up together to get bits out easily and tilt back down for storage. I like that it has a 1/4 inch drive adapter to use 1/4 inch drive sockets and includes a few small nut drivers. I plan to use this until it breaks and replace it professional quality screwdriver handle allen wrenches and a 6 in 1 screwdriver. For light household use I'd give it 4.5 stars for the selection of bits, compact size, and decent case. For professional use I give it 3 stars. ... show more

I had high hopes. Someone else had complained that the handle only ratcheted one way then returned to lock. The one I just bought did the exact same thing!!! But, it is the perfect size, can be used for home improvement and is the perfect size for your kitchen junk drawer. Not perfect, but it will do the job I bought it for.
