I bought this suitcase last minute for a trip as it was recommended by my brother-in-law. It came just in time, but when I opened the package to inspect it had a slightly frayed zipper pocket. The suitcase was still definitely usable, but I am slightly concerned about how it will hold up over time.

Brand new vs. a few domestic trips and one international. The wheels have held up, and they've been over tough ground at Dublin and Edinburgh airport. The case is fine for international travel as far as size goes. Its light enough that I havent had to worry about exceeding the weight limit but still durable enough to get slung around by airport workers. I'm happy with it. ... show more

This suitcase is a hard clone of one made by American Tourister. Unlike the AT one however, it doesn't have that awful zipper defect and held together just fine, even when we filled it to the brim. I purchased this product on March 2022, I have used it four times and the item worked perfectly. However, on our fifth trip, the inside straps that holds the clothes in, detached from the shell. Amazon basic warranty allows for year for the item to be replaced. When I called for a warranty claim-- Amazon stated that because the item is out of stock, my only option is the return the item for refund, in addition I would be charged a $32 restocking fee, I also would have to purchase a shipping box at my cost (for a 28" suitcase--if I could find one). SO I WILL HAVE TO PAY $50 PLUS TO SEND THE DAMAGED ITEM BACK FOR A REFUND. I recommend you consider this when purchasing any AMAZON brand item!!! I will never purchase another AMAZON brand item again!!! ... show more
