This machine was perfect for my purpose - laminating stickers. It does take a little bit to warm up, so the best bet is to turn it on and walk away for a bit - take this time to prep the item you wish to laminate. It works well with several different types of laminating materials, I've used self-adhesive holographic laminate, the provided laminate, and third party laminates from random companies.

I bought this for my classroom, I do a lot of laminating and at work, there's a laminator that's used by all. I decided to purchase my own and I love it! It's easy to use and comes with some laminating sheets. I've used it 6xs already and hasn't given me any issues.
