Only 4 stars because it's only 10w. My other wireless charger is 15w and it charges faster than this one. What I do like is it holds the phone in an upright position so you can see any notifications that come in. Also it connects just about every time you place the phone on it. I bought this in a pinch because my phone charger wasn’t working, and needed some sort of charger. It wasn’t as fast as the apple brand, but it still charged as needed. I don’t care for speed, but if you do, I can assure you it’s not super slow, it’ll just take a little longer than the normal apple charger. It charges well and is super easy to use but my phone case which is super thing can’t work and is considered a “foreign object” I believe it may have something to do with the “MagSafe” which is an Apple thing. I bought this to place next to my bed. I had a flat round disc style of wireless charger, but it kept failing to charge my phone overnight. The shape and design of this unit makes it easy to ensure that the phone is in the proper position for charging. I have a similar charger at work on my desk (different brand), The only thing that I wished that Amazon Basics unit had is an indicator light that changes color when it is charging. The light indicates that there is power going to the charger, but the one on my desk changes to green, and I wish this one did as well. It charges my phone pretty quickly. It is a well constructed and sturdy unit. I haven't noticed any heat issues, and I haven't had a single night where the unit failed to charge my phone. It also positions the phone in such a way that it is easy to use while it's charging (it will charge the phone in landscape as well as portrait. Good unit. I would recommend. ... show more
