The manufacturer quality seems fairly good. It has a plastic feel and smell straight out of the package so I left it in my sunroom to air out for a couple of weeks before installing. The color matches the online picture and they are super easy to install on a rod. They are quite thick and heavy though, which helps the light blocking but I wouldn't of it these on a flimsy curtain rod. They probably weigh about 12 lbs, which is significantly heavier than the other curtains I have recently purchased. ... show more

These are plain blackout curtains that keep things simple. I personally don't like big colorful graphics so these were perfect for us. The fabric feels soft but still stiff enough to hold their shape, draping nicely once you get them hung up. The grommets slide onto a curtain rod easily and don’t snag or fight you like some others I've had. Once they’re hanging, they stay put and don’t bunch up in weird ways. The fabric blocks light well enough when pulled closed. They don’t feel flimsy when you open or close them, and they move without feeling awkward or heavy. One thing worth paying attention to is sizing before buying. These work well when they actually fit the window they’re meant for, and that’s where most frustration usually comes from for folks when looking for blackout curtains.
