This is our 3rd order for these. Yes, the glasses on the first orders were a little on th light side and if slightly dropped would come apart but we overlooked that becuse we liked the size. This latest order the glasses are heavier, I weighed them at 6.56oz. for the older, vs. 7.65oz. for the newer. You can see the difference in the side by side and stacking photos. Bought for: my kids wanted “glasses that don’t sweat.” I’ve owned similar style cups before (nice acrylic ones) and expected these to be comparable. What happened: Arrived broken. Even before the break, they felt cheap and plasticky, not like the sturdier acrylic versions I’ve bought in the past. For $33, the quality wasn’t even close to what I expected. Bottom line: Returning. If you’re looking for the nicer “no-sweat” acrylic feel, these weren’t it for us. Quick answers Arrived intact? No Feels like quality acrylic? No (cheap/plasticky) Good value?
