I like having my screen always on, my heart and stress monitors turned on, as well as notifications and caller ID. With all that,, the bip 6 still stays charged for 6 days. Compare that with an Apple watch which barely lasts one. * Has a bright AOLED display that clearly can be seen even in bright daylight Hundreds of free watch faces are available to customize your look on a daily basis if you want. * Has a wide array for fitness and health apps that can track your steps, workout, swimming and cycling. Many other apps as well. The watch is well equipped. * Easy set up and pairability with my iphone. After downloading the app, less than 5 minutes to set up. * Easy caller ID and phone capabilities should you choose to use them. I don't but have tested them and it works great, In a nutshell, most people with Apple watches don't need or use all the so-called functions they are supposed to have. I’ve been using the Amazfit Bip 6 Smartwatch for about 14 days now, and one of the first things that really stood out to me is the battery life. After two full weeks of use, my watch is still sitting at 44%, which is honestly impressive. I do typically turn Bluetooth on only when I need to sync data to the app, but even with regular use, the battery performance has exceeded my expectations. Another feature I really appreciate is the sleep tracking. It gives a detailed breakdown of sleep stages, which helps me better understand my rest patterns. The watch also includes menstrual cycle tracking, which predicts upcoming cycles — a very useful and convenient feature to have built directly into the device. The customization options are another highlight. Through the app, you can personalize the watch face, adjust settings, and tailor notifications to fit your preferences. It’s very user-friendly and doesn’t take long to set up. In terms of everyday use, the watch also offers: Fitness tracking (steps, calories, distance, and multiple workout modes) Heart rate monitoring and general health tracking SpO2 (blood oxygen) tracking Stress monitoring Notifications for calls, texts, and apps Water resistance, which is helpful for daily wear and workouts The display is clear and easy to read, and the watch itself feels lightweight and comfortable enough to wear all day and even overnight. I once had a Samsung smartwatch that was very disappointing. I was not prepared to spend a lot of money on a replacement - until I noticed my partner's Fit Versa 4. Much better than my old Samsung, but still over $150 - out of my budget. So I searched and ended up with the AmazFit Bip 6 - and I'm thrilled (except for the name)! Most were $80 at Amazon, though one color, Stone, (my fave) was $65. The watch has many features and does an excellent job of recording basics and sleep. Also works very well as a phone, for dialing, listening and talking. Many other features, WITHOUT needed the paid version of the app (ZEPP).
