The media could not be loaded. Full disclosure - I only received this today but first impressions are great. The quality seems very high even tho it isnt USA made which was pretty disappointing for me personally. I work for the railroad and needed something that could stand up to some abuse while being compact and easy to carry up and down equipment, being water resistant is a definite plus. This bag fits everything I need with room to spare. I was able to take everything out of the duffle I was using and could fit more if I wanted. I was hesitant at first because of the price, the "made in asia", and some mixed reviews but really seems to be a great bag

I bought this bag knowing the price would be worth it. The quality of the build means it will last a long time. It feels stronger and more durable when you get to hold it in person. Empty, it feels heavier than the traditional canvas bags from the military even though its less than half the size and for good reason. Military duffels traditionally would wear out in the matter of a few years. This one will last much longer with minimal caution or concern. The design of the bag with the top loading design, sling style strap, and water resistant zippers is exactly what I have been looking for. This is serving as my EDC bag for my 13in laptop, rain jacket, water bottle, and other equipment I bring with me everyday and has space to spare. My wife even commented about how small it looks yet how much it can hold. It can also serve as a travel bag as it complies with TSA requirements and is lockable.

As soon as I opened the package it already smelled of quality in the air. This is one tough bag. I got the green color one and it looks nice with the black trim on it. Just a nice rugged look to it. This will be primarily be used as my gym bag but I might also use it as a weekend getaway bag as-well. Never spent so much money on a bag but the quality is just too good. This is not some cheep gym bag for 20 bucks that will break in 10 months. You can even tell by using the zipper that this bag was made to last. The handle also is very robust. Word of the day -- Quality!! There is a YouTuber named Flossy Carter that describes his experience with the bag. Take his word for it.

Initially, I fell in love with this bag. It looks great and it was perfect for my needs. I used it as my daily commuter bag and general light duty. I liked it so much that I recommended it to a co-worker who admired the bag and purchased one for her stepson. I regret that decision. I'm not a person who would be considered "hard" on things. Just the opposite. I pride myself on making products last and treating them with care. To this point, I have an Eddie Bauer backpack that I've had for 15+ years and it is in perfect shape, not a blemish on it. I have several other bags that are 10+ years old and still perfectly functional. So it stands to reason that I was extremely disappointed when the stitching at the zipper base of the quick access became compromised on this bag. I don't jam things in through this opening, nor stretch the slot in any way. The wear was the result of the general opening and closing of this slot. It started about 10 months into the use of the bag and became progressively worse. The zipper will come off and have to be reattached on a regular basis. Supposedly Amabilis has a warranty that you can utilize however, after using the contact form on the company website and submitting the pictures I included in this review, I received NO response. Don't expect Amabilis to stand behind their product. At this price point, I expect much better. I doubt there will be any response considering that it's April as I write this review and the Amabilis website is currently advertising a black Friday sale.
