Unless your prescription is the same in both eyes, you will need to buy 2 pairs. My glasses are normally -1.75 in one eye and -2.25 in the other. I wanted a lower power pair for the computer, so I ordered -1.0, but since my eyes aren't the same, it caused stress in the one eye that wanted more power. These are cheap, so I ordered another pair in -1.5 so I can use one lens from each pair to eliminate the stress. ... show more

These are perfect for me when driving. Being nearsighted, I wear these when driving and it’s a big improvement on reading signs on the highway from a distance. A caution, getting a higher magnification will let you see farther but will make objects like your dashboard appear blurred. My distance vision isn’t bad so I chose a -1 diopter. ... show more

I bought these to have eyeglasses until I visit my doctor for prescription contact lenses. I have worn prescription eyeglasses before. This is too different than prescription glasses. I fell down twice when wearing them. When wearing them, if you try moving your head right and left or up and down, you will realize that there is something off about them. If you decide to buy or to continue wearing them, just be cautioned that while walking, running or driving, you shouldn't trust them as much as you may feel like you can. ... show more
