I immediately knew this is what I was looking for when I found it on Amazon. When my package arrived, I couldn’t wait to open it up and organize all my jewelry. I had seen the reviews and saw some people had issues with it arriving damaged. I took my chances and crossed my fingers that when it was out of the package, it would be okay. Unfortunately, the box was pretty beat up by UPS when it arrived, and to my disappointment, it was damaged on the front by the top drawer and wouldn’t allow the drawer to properly close. I immediately started a return with Amazon, and it was super easy. They went ahead and shipped out a new one and didn’t charge me. They gave me 30 days to get the damaged one back to them or I would be billed. I got the return label and they even had UPS come pick up the damaged one from my house which was a huge help because this thing isn’t light. Thats the only reason for 4 stars vs 5. My replacement was shipped quick and arrived in perfect condition! It’s got so many organizational compartments. The finishing touches are gorgeous. The drawers are lined with anti-tarnish felt so I’m hoping that helps keep my silver jewelry shinier in between polishes. It feels very sturdy. I did not anchor it to a wall but I feel like it’s stable enough that it doesn’t need to be. Setting it up was quick and easy also. The only assembly required was attaching the mirror to the top through the already drilled pilot holes. I say take your chances. This jewelry armoire is worth the hassle. ... show more

I was so excited about receiving my jewelry armoire. Prior to purchasing my jewelry armoire I read the reviews. The one thing that gave me a red flag to order was customers complaining about a cracked/broken mirror or chipped pieces of wood. I made sure someone was home for a safe placement of the delivery (lately, items have been very disheveled upon arrival/broken). It arrived late evening and to remind you, I’m under the cadence of the reviews that I read. I heard the delivery man as he drove up and he was nice enough to place the “heavy” box inside my door. The box had a hole in the side and I began having flashbacks of the reviews. After carefully opening the box and examined the armoire, it was “PERFECT,” smooth, and beautiful. I was so happy. I did a little dance, ran downstairs, grabbed my toolbox and happily screwed the mirror on. I was like a little girl placing my jewelry from my old smaller jewelry box and the boxes from my purchases. I was able to have a drawer for my mother’s jewelry that I kept after her demise. I love my jewelry armoire. The two side doors hold my necklaces. The down side for me is the height. If you want to look at your necklace or earrings on you, you will have to bend (however, it isn’t worth taking away a star). Other than that, I LOVE MY JEWELRY ARMOIRE. If I could afford to purchase 5 more -one for my daughter and my 4 sisters, I would do so. No regrets. ... show more

I love it ! I was not expecting this beautiful piece of furniture. I bought this for my fiance because he owns lots of jewelry and watches and they were always scattered all over the place, so I thought this would accommodate everything. After he unpacked this and got it altogether I was noticeably jealous. I wanted it for myself. Its sturdy ,well made and very roomy. He loves it as well. It matches his bedroom furniture and he has it on top of a nightstand which sits about 6'2" at eye level so that he can access the inside without having to bend down.He actually puts his jewelry back inside of it every night. The hooks on the inside of the doors are heavy duty and they hold his long heavy necklace and it also has deep drawers. This will definitely hold up throughout the years and he has lots of room to add more pieces. By the way ! I went back and hit that purchase again button. Now I'm a happy camper too🎁 ... show more

Love how much space this armoire has! The variety of drawer space fit all of my jewelry and then some. It’s very sturdy. The drawers do lean downward when pulled out but won’t fall out. Looks nice and it’s very sturdy.

Exactly what I wanted! Great size and quality. Only assembly needed was attaching the top lid. It did arrive with a small splinter in the wood but it was easily repaired with a drop of gorilla glue. I plan to buy a second one for a gift.

The second drawer is damage Update- I reached out to them via their customer service portal, and they are sending me a replacement. They also included a UPS tracking number. Unfortunate that the drawer was damaged, but great customer service.
