The frame worked for a while, in less than two years the display went black and it never worked again. We were given this as a gift. I am not pleased with the quality of the product. It doesn’t give appropriate resolution to uploaded pictures from phone a lot of times. But it will work well in my office for the purpose I am intending to use it for most likely.

    • Pretty quick setup
I just received this yesterday, to be able to see grandkid pics when Babies arrive soon. It took me about 45 minutes today to read the instructions, set it up and get it connected to my phone and my son’s who lives six hours away. We’ve both uploaded photos to it, so far with no problems. Hopefully it continues to work well. If so, our family may be buying more of these frames. ... show more

    • Software not very user friendly
Picture quality is ok. Software needs to be user friendly with more options. I use it mainly to display time and calendar.

    • The app is awful
My children gave this to me for Christmas. Setup is awful as the app is impossible. I got mad, walked away and have now forgotten my password The app won't even let me reset the password.
