Buyer beware!! We were quite excited to add this countdown inflatable to our collection. This was the second one and was worse than the first one. The first one arrived without stakes or rope to secure it. Ok, fine. We can take care of that. The countdown clock would not program. No matter what we did the screen would onky display "EC". Returned it and ordered another one. This one came without stakes and rope, without instructions (I sent the original instructions back when returned inflatable) and no back up battery like the first one did. Went online to read others reviews and were able to piece together what we needed to do. Still would not work. What good is a countdown decoration if it won't count down?! I will say however that when we called support and left a message, they called back in about 10 minutes. Weren't able to help. Will be sending it back and NOT getting another one. I gave this 1 star due to the fact that support did call back immediately and at least tried to help.

Inflatable was cute, but the countdown screen did not work. Never requested a refund because it was too much work to take it down and put it back up again. I would suggest that if you purchase this item, check the countdown screen before you put it up.

I bought this inflatable for our yard, and it turned out even nicer than I expected! The snowman, Santa, and gingerbread man are adorable, and the LED lights make it stand out beautifully at night. I purchased this item about a week and a half ago and initially placed it outside. While it inflated quickly at first, it never fully inflated, leaving noticeable indentations. Additionally, after the third day, the black screen became misaligned, and I have been unable to reposition it correctly. This misalignment has resulted in large white borders being visible, which significantly affects the appearance but not the functionality of the product.
