Once your breast has lost density from breastfeeding or age, it just folds over like a pancake or a taco with contents leaking out the sides. Might work with some shaping undergarments that provide side support. I bought a large and the same thing happened with XL. I’m 59, 5”4” and 133 lbs.

Got sweaty dancing and still didn’t come off. Easy to apply and remove without skin irritation. Not visible under the dress. Loved the clip between the cups which reduced movement. It would be nice to have a couple of sizes of clips to choose from in the bag.
