I don't personally mind how thin the fabric is, mostly because my body temp is usually pretty high anyways, so I don't need much to keep warm. For most people out there, however, be aware: the fabric for this jacket is practically see-through it's so thin. If I had to guess, if you wadded this thing up and put it on a scale, it wouldn't even be half a pound. Looking through the reviews it seems like that's something that more people than I would have thought wanted. Works for me, personally.

Pros: fits well, comfortable, keeps you warm enough Cons: many loose threads, pattern is angled and looks odd I live in a desert where most of the time a sweater is not needed. However, some of my rooms at my university love to blast the AC to freezing. This hoodie works perfectly for those conditions. It doesn't keep me totally warm but is enough to ward off the frost. It is very lightweight so I can easily store it in my backpack after class. It actually came shipped in a package small enough for the mailbox. Typically I wear small size clothes and this small fit just like it should. It is a little slim fit and the arms are a little short however. The hoodie stayed the same size after washing it a couple times. Some things that annoyed me though were how many loose threads it came with, possibly a small sign of poor construction. I had to spend a couple minutes scissoring them all off. Another issue was the way it looks. The sample picture that they show has a eco-black pattern that is evenly horizontal, but the hoodie that I received had an angled pattern that looked sort of odd. It wasn't really a nice looking pattern that I expected. However, for the price I guess I should have expected that. All in all this is a good hoodie for mild weather. Do not buy it if you want something for very cold weather because it will not keep you warm. If you want to wear it for style than I would suggest trying one of the solid colors unless you like the randomness of the pattern on the eco-black.

I use this to avoid arguments over the thermostat setting with my wife. It's just warm enough to offset her ideal room temperature. Also, I can pull the hood up over my eyes for a nap. It is lightweight and the cats shred them over time but that's to be expected. The reason for the 4 star rating is not the product but Amazon shipping. I had to re-order because the first one was lost.
