Alternative Imagination is excited to bring you our standard Altar Supply Kit. Each kit is intended to provide some basic elements used in a wiccan altar. Deity Candles These candles represent the deities one may choose to worship. One for the Goddess, one for the Horned God. Many Wiccans may differentiate God and Goddess by using different colors, charms, or even statues. The God is typically placed to the top left of the altar and the Goddess on the top right. Candles are 9" tall. California White Sage & Palo Santo Incense 4” California White Sage: This potent herb has been used for centuries by Native Americans in rituals and ceremonies to purify, cleanse, and protect.4” Palo Santo Smudge Stick: Also known as “Holy Wood” due to its use in religious ceremonies and rituals in Central and South America, this wood is burned to cleanse negative energies and promote healing. Salts Dead Sea Salt: White salt is used for purification and protection.Black Hawaiian Salt: Black salt is used for magical spells of warding, protection, and banishment. Some Wiccans make their own black salt from salt, burned charcoal, ashes, black pepper, and other ingredients they may want to include.Pink Himalayan Salt: Pink salt is used for spell casting, charms, and offerings to bring love, strengthen familial bonding, and to offer the Goddess. 1 ounce of each salt is provided. Pentacle Altar Tile This ancient symbol represents power, magic, and connection to the elements and the divine. I normally do not write reviews, but I have just started my Wicca journey and this is what started it. It's very nice for the price. I don't usually look at dimensions so I was surprised at how big the candles were, and the offering plate seemed small, but confirmed they are normally that size from a friend. The cloth is a very nice thick material. If something would ruin the cloth, I would not hesitate buying it again.. (does not include salt lamp or sugar skull!) ... show more

This cloth is BEAUTIFUL, heavy enough, but not overly weighty (just right!), and the size fits SO MANY surfaces! I'm going to order at least one (because of the great price!) to keep on hand in case the design deteriorates after multiple washings. Love, love, LOVE this!

I really wanted to love this product and do for the most part....however, I didn't received the spell candles that were said to include in it. I tried to look for a way to contact the shop to reach out to them in regards to the missing spell candles and couldnt find anywhere to message them that I was missing some of the products. Everything else was great. Just sucks when you are waiting for something and it doesn't have one of the most important things for spell work. SMH ... show more

I ordered this because I wanted a small alter cloth. I don't have a lot of room to practice and the size of this cloth is just under 2 square feet. The pentagram feels like cheap metal but for beginners with not a lot of money (me) it is perfect! The candles are much bigger than I expected. About twice as thick and a little taller than the kind you would get in any given store. The three 1 oz. bags of sand are exactly what you would expect, however I wish they had smaller stickers on the front of the bag instead of the large stickers around the bottom, but as soon as I get apothecary jars I won't use the bags anymore. The best part was that I received 2 Palo Santo sticks and one sage stick. The description says one of each so that was a plus. I haven't tried smudging with palo santo yet, and only once with sage so I'm very happy about that. And the altar cloth is thick. It looks and feels very well made and sturdy. I believe it will last for years to come, and as my altar grows, eventually this will become a wall hanging above my altar. I am very pleased with this purchase! ... show more

The altar cloth was great and all the supplies were great for a beginning. The candles are bigger than I thought so they didn’t fit in the holder. It would have been nice if the listing told the size of the candle. Other than that it was great and I’d recommend!

I was a little wary of this at first but couldn't resist the price coupled with the fact that it included the little altar table I had had my eye on and was sold out elsewhere! So I bit the bullet and I'm glad I did! The table is amazing quality, very sturdy, beautiful color, smooth finish, and the engraving is clean and neat. The salts were clean and pure (can't wait to make use of that black sea salt) and the palo santo and sage looked to be good quality (haven't used them yet though). Both the altar cloth and the tile were also amazing quality! The cloth is thick and strong, the design is printed very cleanly and the colors are just bright enough to be eye catching, but they don't look garish. The spell candles burn well and are solid colored wax all the way through. Both of the larger candles were broken but that was probably just shipping and I'm not surprised. I just melted them back together and will have to keep an eye on them when I use them lol. The chime bell was a little off, the connection between the actual bell and the pendent is a wildly huge ring clip and only swings one direction but it would be easy to switch out with something smaller. The engraving and finish on the bell are beautiful though! I love the sound, it's very clear and lasting. ... show more

Everything included looks like the pictures, the materials thicker than expected the bell has a pentagram on the side I hadn’t realized love the details. Just starting out but I think this is a great introductory basic essentials altar kit. Thank you!
