  • Rotary Cultivator Set
My ability to accomplish a wide range of chores with ease was made possible by the movable width, which ranged from 25 inches to 63 inches. Regardless of whether I wanted to prepare a big vegetable bed or concentrate on a particular location, the cultivator was able to adjust to my requirements without any difficulty. The metal tines that could be removed were one of the things that stood out to me and drew my attention. The tines on these cultivators are constructed to endure, in contrast to cultivators that I have used in the past that felt fragile and were prone to bending. They were able to simply slice through the dirt, which resulted in the soil being more loose and also created the ideal condition for planting or reseeding grass. While we are on the subject of reseeding, I have found that this cultivator is the most effective equipment for overseeing my grass. I am able to simply construct the perfect seedbed for new grass to take root in by breaking up the current soil with the help of its adjustable width and robust tines. My grass has become thick and bright in a short amount of time, which is a testament to the remarkable outcomes that have been achieved. ... show more

  • Wish I would t have bought. Cheap
You have to assemble all the pieces. Even the little spike wheels at the bottom. The assembly instructions are not complete and the worst part was that after I assembled it the handle/top part of the pole won't connect to the rest of the poles because the plastic joiner on the pole is stripped and won't connect to the rest of the tool. Trust me. It's a cheap pos and spend your money on another product. I'll be replacing it with something from a brick and mortar store. ... show more

  • Works but cheap
I liked that it actually works however I'll pay more for a better one after this one breaks. The wing nuts that hold the tines in loosen up after a few strokes, lock tite will be needed for them on on the 10ft x 15ft area I bought this for. Also when assembling the poles together do not over tighten, which I apparently did without thinking it was too tight. The threads on the pole pieces can not handle being what I thought was normal tightening torque and I stripped it out. That'll require me to do a hole into them and bolt it together. Overall, I thinks it'll work for my small job, after I fix it, but next time around I'll buy a higher quality one. It'll probably work for soft soil and small jobs though. ... show more

  • Our garden is healthier
The media could not be loaded. When I recorded myself using this, I only had one of the cultivating attachments on this. I did this because I wanted to see if it actually works like it says its supposed to. With just one of the attachments, it not only turned up the soil really easily but a lot faster than I thought it was going to. After completely putting this whole cultivator together, I started in a small area in my front walkway to help turnover the soil. Not only was I able to get this done a lot faster but I noticed some of my dormant plants are starting to flourish and blood more than ever. Since then, I've been able to use this in gardens and once again, I've seen a huge difference from before to now. This thing doesn't take much to make it work and with the improvement that I've seen, this thing was a great investment! ... show more

  • Eh, it's ok
It's good enough for what I needed it for. The problem I had was when you screwed it together it didn't get tight and it would fall apart while tilling. So, I welded it. I summed it up to the threads not being big enough for it to grab and make tight. The handle comes in 3 pieces that need to be screwed together. So, 2 of them got tight, 1 did not. If you don't mind drilling a hole to put a bolt or metal screw in or welding it then the hand tiller isn't all that bad it works and it's cheap. If you don't want to mess with it, I'd buy another one. Keep in mind the next step up is twice the price. If you don't have a welder but a 1/4 inch drill bit and a 1/4 bolt with nut, probably be 6 bucks instead of an additional 40 or 50. I'll still give it a 4 just because it works well once you get done messing with it. ... show more

  • Handle is flimsy and unstable
The cultivar part is ok, but the handle is very unstable and bendable rendering the tool almost unusable.

  • Not strong enough to do the job
The cultivator comes in multi sections that screw together. The tubing wall is thin and the threads on one section would not tighten up against the mating section. I secured the two sections together and attempted to use it. Due to the thin wall construction when force is applied the sections continually come loose. The head on the tool is similar to other products and would work but an attempt to reduce the size of packaging by making the item in multiple lightweight pieces has compromised it strength. ... show more
