I like this glove for the way it looks. I bought it for my GF to wear when we go on rides. So she only wears them as a passenger. But when got me upset is the thin layer over the knuckles literally wore out the first time she wore them. The thin balloon like cover over the Knuckles started to wear from the friction of holding her hands together around my waist and then you could just rub your fingers over it and peel it off like little balls. For gloves that cost twice normal riding gloves and something this name brand there is no excuse for it. Fit the wife hands exactly like what the size chart said. She loves them and I am pretty sure if she goes down it will save her hands. I have had nothing but perfection with Alpinestars gloves and they have saved my hands on more than one occasion. You really do get what you pay for and leather gauntlet gloves are a life saver. The gloves are nice. They are too warm for the Central California summer so I didn't ride in them yet. I tried to put them on one time and realized that I'll get overheated and wore my other mesh glowers instead. Will use them for other three seasons. They are comfortable and fit well otherwise.
