I would buy them again. Be patient with them and break them in.
Size: X-Large
Color: Black
They fit true to size after a break-in period. They were tight at first. High-quality gloves, excellent materials. They are great for spring, summer, and fall in southern Arizona. I would buy them again. The color is just as pictured, featuring black gloves with white accents. Great for summer, not for winter. If you have an accident in them you will still have skin.

100 miles and all good.
Size: Medium
Color: Black
Great gloves and comfortable to wear. We’re just a tad tight at first, I’m between a medium and large, but have stretched enough so now I can wear them comfortably. Ridden about 100 miles with them so far and they are holding up well with no significant signs of wear or stitching coming undone.

Protected hand from a low speed crash
Size: X-Large
Color: Black
Got into a low speed crash on an electric bicycle and landed on my left side with the back of my left thumb grazing the ground. I thought I was bleeding underneath the glove, but was surprised to see that the padding was able to protect me. No bleeding nor bruising so I’m giving 5 stars.

Great with one draw back
Size: Large
Color: Black
I’ve been using the Alpinestars SMX-2 Air Carbon V2 gloves in black, and overall they’ve been really solid gloves. Right out of the box, they are pretty stiff and definitely take some time to break in, but once they start molding to your hands, they feel a lot more comfortable and natural. One downside is that they don’t really have good touchscreen sensitivity, so using a phone while wearing them is pretty frustrating. That’s probably the biggest drawback for me. On the positive side, the build quality feels really good and protective without being overly bulky. Another big plus is breathability — my hands don’t really sweat in them, even during longer use, which makes them a lot more comfortable than heavier gloves. Overall, they feel durable, protective, and comfortable after breaking in, just with the trade-off of poor phone usability.

ALPINE STARS FTW!!
Size: Medium
Color: Black/Red/White
Awesome gloves i luckily got them from a seller that had them discounted 60% off and only paid $40 (BE SURE TO CHECK OTHER SELLERS SOME WILL DISCOUNT THEIR ITEMS MORE THAN THE BUY BOX) Just a tip - these aren’t super protective gloves they are minimally protective gloves. Great for summer riding lightweight and good air flow. And YES THE TOUCH SCREEN FUNCTION WORKS! you have to tap with the tip of your finger between the leather on your palm amd the stitching on top. Works on my phone, macbook, etc. definitely worth the purchase. My hand is 8 in circumference and the medium gloves fit perfectly.

Great gloves but touch does not work
Size: X-Large
Color: Black
I love these gloves for summer riding, great fit, feel and look in typical Alpinestars fashion. That being said they do not work at all for use on your phone when the gloves are on. Not sure if it’s phone specific (I’m using an iPhone 11 Pro Max) but I have a set of Alpinestars Gauntlet style gloves (SP-8) and the touch aspect works seamlessly by comparison which leads me to believe it’s an issue with the gloves. I tried 2 sets of these gloves and the issue persisted & given many other reviews stating the same thing this seems to be a problem with this specific model of their glove as far as the touch function goes. All in all this was however not a deal breaker for me but worth being aware of in the event that’s a huge factor for you in choosing the correct riding glove.

great great gloves
Size: X-Large
Color: Black/White
I love these gloves. Every once in a while you pick up motorcycle equipment that you actually love. It's not often but it's really nice when it happens. These fit my large-ish hands perfectly. The air flow is really generous while still protecting my hands with great touches like the knuckle cover and leather palms. Using a phone with them on is a breeze.

Well vented and comfortable
Size: Large
Color: Black/White/Yellow Fluorescent
A little expensive for what they are but these are well vented and comfortable gloves. Excellent summer gloves but you will give up some protection, notably, since these are short cuff, the wrist. As always protection and warm weather comfort are tradeoffs. Will see how they last.
