Features
- This Helmet meets Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 218 (FMVSS 218). DOT approved design supports recognized safety requirements for on road and off road motorcycle use.
- Advanced multi-composite outer shell uses prepreg epoxy resin with carbon, aramid fiber, and fiberglass layers to deliver a lightweight profile with excellent energy dissipation, radial strength, and penetration resistance.
- Multi-density EPS inner shell with seven pieces in six densities and size-specific liners combined with Alpinestars' low-friction slip plane reduces rotational acceleration and helps the S-R7 exceed the ECE 22.06 peak rotational acceleration standard by 80%.
- ECE 22.06 homologated optical Class 1 shield features double-sided anti-scratch treatment, variable thickness, Pinlock 120XLT compatibility, and a tool-less quick-release system for a secure seal and optimized 220 peripheral and 57 vertical visibility.
- Patented A-Head micro-adjustable fitment system, removable odor-reducing treated liners, 3D foam cheek pads with glasses channels, emergency release system and integrated hydration tube channel provide personalized comfort, and included accessories such as a clear visor, Pinlock 120 MaxVision lens, breath deflector, chin curtain and helmet soft bag add value.
