I bought this to wear with just a jersey when I'm just poking around on my ADV motorcycle in the desert during the summer so I can stay cool instead of wearing the heavier motorcycle jacket. For that it's GREAT!! I got a cheaper mesh motorcycle jacket and took the pads out of it to wear over this on the road between off road destinations. I got the gloves and then I found lots of skinny riders wearing this jacket. Fell in love with....I'm a true women's 2x I'm also 5'4 and the women's version which would have been so much nicer to have for contour/shape reasons, it only went to Large and since it all runs small that was out of the question. I have a large chest and a decent tummy. I emailed the company they told me to look for bigger sizes in the men's... Frustrating but okay. Got the biggest size 2x and it DOES fit. However I do feel that the torso is incredibly short which makes my tummy roll push out the bottom which makes it a little uncomfortable/ not flattering. However if it's gonna protect me and for the price--- I'll deal. Hopefully I'll slim down and it won't really matter but for right now it's cool. I like that it's all mesh and can go under other clothes for layering purposes. It comes with more protection than most jackets- given the front and back added padding which is what drew me to want this plus the mesh lightweight aspect. Like any other review if you're a little rounder in the front it'll be a little annoying but it has SOME stretch to it. If it didn't it woulda never zipped over my bewbs.. havent wore it out riding yet but when I get to going on highways I will be wearing this.

Amazing Quality I expected nothing less from Alpine. It was amazing. I am built top thin and bottom heavy curvy curvy so I bought a size small and it fits perfectly amazing. I’m definitely sure this is going to keep me safe and alive. If I ever go down, God forbid it is mesh material and hard plastic or something other than plastic I can’t place it. It doesn’t feel cheap at all very high-quality.

I’m built slim up top and thick on the bottom so I got a small and it fit like a glove LOVE LOVE LOVE IT 🥰. It’s definitely going to keep me protected and the price was 💯❤️

Convenient protective gear. What you expect from Alpinestars. Size 44 chest should order XXL. At that, it runs a tad small. Length is regular, with fit slightly short. Can be worn under a more relaxed leather jacket.

Great suit to wear while riding. The fabric is stretchy, and extremely breathable and since the armor pads have all of the holes in them, the wind passes through them really well. It's great on really hot days as even stopped it doesn't feel like you are baking under a heavy jacket. I would definitely recommend carrying a hoodie with you, cause when it gets cold you feel it.
