I love everything about this case, other than I can’t use it on my MagSafe car mount. I used my phone directly on the MagSafe mount with no issue. I put the new case on it, the magnetization isn’t as strong. My phone fell off while I was driving and almost caused me to wreck my car. Once I find a more suitable case, I will return this. I don’t typically write reviews, however I’m on vaca and just accidentally dropped my BRAND NEW iPhone from the third flood balcony. Rushed down the elevator to the parking lot where it landing thinking there was no way it wasn’t shattered. Nothing. The phone looks brand new. The screen protector isn’t even scratched. I've been using this case for 5 months, and it's been holding up even though I drop my phone a lot. The purple paint is chipping off at the corners and edges, but it's not too obvious since the color of my phone underneath is the same purple. I really like the clear matte look of the back, and the purple edges are kind of shiny but not as tacky as I thought (thankfully). Initially I loved this gold trimmed case because it was a really good color match for my gold iPhone. It's flexible but goes on a little tough. I think it would give some protection from low levels falls but not a lot. The lip around the camera lens is just marginally higher than the actual lens so I was worried they could get scratched over time. Although I loved the gold look when I first got it, I decided it was too gold. With the "too gold" for my taste and the worry about overall lack of protection, I ended up returning it. ... show more

Pros: 1.) The case is nice and I like that it's clear in the back where it shows the Apple logo. 2.) It truly is anti-yellowing 3.) I've dropped my phone countless times and it has protected the phone. 4.) Very affordable case Cons: 1.) It sucks for Magsafe charging. The magnet does not hold very well. 2.) The case is slippery. That's probably why I've dropped it so many times. In 6 months I've gone through 5 screen protectors for the screen and camera lens. Basically one a month. I replaced the case. I decided to splurge and go with the official iPhone case from Apple at $49 and it's so much better. If you want to use Magsafe for wireless charging, I really recommend getting the case from Apple. The Magsafe charger I bought to use in my car finally works and it holds tight. It's the perfect tightness where you can still release the phone from the magnet. No more phone flying off, falling on the passenger side car floor, and cursing. Also, the case feels nice in your hands. Not to say I won't drop it now but it doesn't feel as slippery. Only buy this case if you're on a budget, but if you already spent the $1000 on the pro, what's $49 more to have a better case? I wish I bought the case from Apple from the start. ... show more
