I’ve gone about 15 rounds with it this spring and summer. I did a lot of research on this brand and others. While I cannot compare to its competitors, I am relieved to say that I chose a high quality product so far. It is well made and mostly easy to fold and unfold. Here’s my observations: Positives: 1. Lasts 2 rounds easily 2. Gyroscope really does prevent tipping. I accidentally maneuvered mine into a small brook (was not paying attention!) and it was completely unscathed after that 3. Extra functions that works well include magnet, remote (mostly as sometimes it would just power off if the cart was a little further away, phone charger, stability, ample storage) Not so positives (these are definitely not dealbreakers at all): 1. Storage bin will unlatch and click open if cart is dealing with rugged terrain sometimes 2. Remote control shuts off out of the blue (but easy to turn back on quickly) especially when cart is not nearby 3. Weight is on the heavy side so be sure to account for that (taking the battery out when lifting does help) 4. Strap noose for securing golf bag bottom is hard to do with its button. Much easier to loosen noose however. I did not opt for most of the accessories so cannot comment on them. Overall, I am happy with the product. Really no major complaints yet. ... show more

Hi golfers. This golf cart is one of the best purchases one can do. It's super responsive and deals with hills up and downs really well. I had purchased two electric carts with remote control from Amazon. The one from KVV and this one. The Alphard cybercart is much better product from point of remote responsiveness, braking on hills. I have not tried to play 2x 18 holes On one charge , so I cannot judge the battery to its full potential. It does lose only two of five LED markers after 18 holes. One only negative of this cybercart is that it's heavy. It might be an issue taking it out of the trunk. I had a previous V2 version, and interestingly enough, the V2 and my push card weighed the same weight together. So it's not more weight, it's just the two weights in one cart. It's very clear. This one was very well engineered and thought through. It's a great step from V2 version to this. Lastly the attachments, storage, umbrella holder etc. are handy. If you are in the market for electric push cart and cannot afford the MGI remote cart price, this is the best alternative I have researched myself, and now I can confirm it after a several rounds. My wife loves this. One word of caution, read the instruction manual before you try to drive it so you don’t run over your wife and push her down the stairs. While I had a problem with my delivered unit, the company reacted quickly and made it right. The DIY fix was easy. The price was good compared to other models. It does not have features my wife didn’t want, that I would have maybe chosen, but they are options for a later date. She loved being able to send the cart ahead or have it catch up whenever she is ready. She learned to drive it very easily. What I love: Bag stands more upright than most push carts Usb c charger port is awesome. Use it to charge my phone or speaker if they get low Storage is well laid out, and I like the magnet spot for the remote Battery life is spectacular Phone holder is a sweet cnc aluminum it looks like. Super easy to use. What could be better: Seems like I have to adjust more to keep it going straight vs the club booster i have, and thats pretty much it. Still, it's pricy I think for the amount of plastic everywhere, and the color accents I could have done without. Overall, I would definitely buy again. ... show more

The Cart is Awesome! It is super sturdy. It has plenty of power remaining after 18 holes. Rolls smoothly with out any power. It’s pretty pricey but I think I would buy it again.

Very strongly recommend this one - well thought out accessories such as: a sand bottle holder that is large enough to hold a sand bottle from your club; an umbrella holder that is high enough so you don’t have to stoop to get under the umbrella; a large storage bin and storage net; an easy to remove and re-insert battery without having to remove the bag. I have not tried to get 36 holes out of it, but on my hilly 18 hole course I go to about 50% battery, which feels pretty good to me. And the price is reasonable.     • Didn’t Meet Expectations

Positives: really great battery life, good build quality, excellent service. Cons: For those with sensitive hearing there is a high pitched DC wine, 100% of the time. Even when stopped because it uses the motor as a brake. This made me return it as it ruined my golf experience. Apparently this is not something unique to the CyberCart and others do it as well. I think mfgs should do better frequency tuning to reduce this as the PEV market has done (e.g. escooters, eskateboards, e-bikes, one wheels) which I’ve never had a problem with and have several. The accessories are low quality. E.g, umbrella holder is so flimsy it will clearly break even without wind from the rocking motion of the cart. The steering control is not fine enough and jerky. The gyro control didn’t seem to keep the cart tracking straight. It got stuck within the first 100’ for me as the driving range at my course is up a reasonable hill. It tilted back on the anti-tip wheels and then the drive wheels just spun. This happened a few more times on the nine holes. Conclusion: I think my expectations were too high. I expected perfection and got in to an emerging market where these products are still being ironed out. I did months of research and didn’t find reviews mentioning the DC whine until I searched specifically for it after experiencing it. You should definitely try it out first to make sure you can’t hear it. I think many (most?) adults can’t hear frequencies in that range. My younger brother couldn’t hear it almost at all. For me it was like a constant dog whistle. Hope this helps someone out. ... show more
