I did a ton of research before I pulled the trigger on getting any kind of powered cart. I kept asking myself "Will I use this? Will it be a walk one time then put away forever so the wife yells at me?" Well after thinking about it long and hard, and knowing I wanted to walk and take advantage of the exercise you get from it (I am 54 yrs. old now and need to drop some extra pounds!) I went and got this along withe the Clicgear 8.0+ cart. Looking back, I made the best possible purchase into an electric cart setup ever!!!!! The carts I looked at (like the ones at Costco) just looked flimsy to me. With this setup I get a high quality cart with the Clicgear 8.0+, and I get the power wheels I want to save me from lugging a bag around or pushing manually. So here are some notes on how awesome this unit is: 1. You get to choose your cart, and Clicgear makes one of the best. I got the 4 wheel cart and it is perfect! 2. You DO NOT need the front wheels to spin, which you can get if you want, but not necessary. The wheels easily power the cart to turn it. 3. Remote is super simple to use. I have seen guys doing the "Oh shit! My cart is running away on me!" Not with this unit. Cake to use. I set it up at home and did a quick test run. Super easy. 4. TONS of power for any hills. My club is a bit hilly, and it goes up easily, AND controlled speed going down steep inclines. Amazing!!!! 5. Love the ease of powering it off and manually pushing. Unlike some carts, if the power goes off it lets the wheels freely move, not freezing them up. So if at some point you want to push manually, or if the battery dies for some reason, it pushes easy like a manual cart. 6. They say you can do two rounds at least on one charge, but I wouldn't risk that. It has a cool multi-light indicator with 5 LEDs that show you how much power is left in battery. I start at 5 all lit and when I finish round I have 2 still lit. So it has enough to maybe do 27 holes, but I certainly would not push it. 7. Remote comes with the unit and has a separate charger cable similar to iPhone charger (USB). 8. Very easy to change out Clicgear back wheels with the power wheels, and easy to pop them on/off the cart. All in all, this was one of my better golf purchases. Walking now as much as I can, and if you have never walked a course, you are in for a treat. It really is a different experience than riding in a cart. It keeps me more "loose" and moving constantly. In carts you are in and out, sometimes sitting in cart waiting for next hole to clear, and it can make your body stiffen up come. Walking and standing keeps me much looser. Plus as I said the experience is just very different. Way better in my opinion. I convinced my buddy to get one as well, so today we will walk it. I am sure he will love it to. Note, the first few times you will be tired for sure, but it's nice to see the iWatch and that I walked like 8-9 miles! If you are in the market to get a powered cart of some sort, this is a 5 Star unit, and paired with the Clicgear 8.0+, it is better than anything I have seen in the powered pushcart market. I purchased this for my pushcart, and I don't know why I didn't get one years ago. It was easy to install and setup and is a pleasure to use. Keeps me walking on the course instead of riding in a cart.

Style Name: ONLY Fits Bag Boy Quad and Tri-Swivel
Used the V2 for the first time today. Played 9 holes and overall was extremely satisfied. Being able to walk the course with nothing on my back and nothing to push made me feel like a pro golfer walking down the fairway (besides the fact that I only hit 1 fairway lol). It performed just as expected and did not have any real issues. While I have only used it for 9 holes I feel that the pros will highly outweigh the cons. I use it with a bagboy Quad XL and the stability is great but I would love to have a Quad XL swivel kit to help with turning similar to the clicgear swivel kit. I will definitely be upgrading the rattling wheelie wheels and have already ordered the charging port screw on cover. I think a “parking break” button would be great. I noticed that it moves sometimes when I hit stop and on a slope. The only real con from my short experience is the constant high pitch sound that comes from the motor. I have tinnitus (ringing in my ears) on a daily basis so this does not help. I wish it didn’t make the noise at all or if it could only make the noise while moving and not at a standstill. Anyways that’s just my two cents. Extremely happy with the purchase and would recommend this to any golfer that walks the course. I can’t wait to continue playing with this for years to come. Style Name: ONLY Fits Rovic RV1S and RV1C
The Alphard Club Booster V2 works really well on the course, which I bought from an Amazon vendor. Bought it for a Clicgear RV1S cart which was purchased directly from the manufacturer refurbished but is like new. Really paired well with the cart, would recommend that the two of them together. Watched some videos, and was able to assemble. My cart has a wheel that swivels on the front, really a major plus, or even highly recommended. I accidently had the front wheel locked, and it wouldn't turn in the parking lot, until I realized it was locked, which might say something for a cart with a stationary wheel on the front. I had another lower end battery cart, this is a major upgrade, saves a ton of steps with the remote control. I did have an issue with getting a second package for the RV1S brackets that came in a second package which was lost by UPS; I ordered a new set from the manufacturer; Amazon and the vendor made good on the refund for paying for the extra part, Thank you, Amazon and Vendor. ... show more

Works very well. At first when I put the brackets on Didn’t feel like they were very flush and the threads on the bolts on 2 of the brackets were already stripped so the nut didn’t go on well and I made it work with some extra big nuts. I'm not big on long reviews. Bottom line, this thing is great! Originally, I was sent the wrong brackets for my pull cart. It took two weeks to get it sorted but I have received the correct brackets and used this for the first time yesterday. It was fantastic! I have been trying to walk more but due to some back issues it was challenging to push or pull a cart. This was a breeze. It takes a few extra minutes to set up but was well worth the effort.
