I just received my jacket and tried it on. I found it to be a bit snug even though I ordered according to the size chart. I ordered XL and it's supposed to be for 44" chest. My chest is 42" and it was a bit snug. I can zip it, but my concern is that I won't be able to layer underneath for cold weather riding. I may exchange it for the 2X, but that says for 46" chest - YIKES! I don't know what to do at this point. The jacket seems to be very good quality with lots of straps to adjust size, inner removable liner and removable pads. I haven't worn it yet so I don't know about performance. ... show more

Overall I really like this jacket, for the price it is well made jacket! We got caught in some heavy rain on a motorcycle trip and it is not waterproof as stated in the description, especially the sleeves.
