Very disappointed with this purchase. The quality of the luggage does not match the product description at all. It feels cheaply made and nowhere near what was advertised. What made the experience worse was the seller’s behavior after I requested a return. Instead of promptly providing a prepaid return label as required, they repeatedly tried to push partial refunds and asked me to keep the item. I had to restate my request multiple times, which was frustrating and unnecessary. This felt like an attempt to avoid a proper return rather than provide good customer service. Based on both the product quality and the seller’s handling of the return, I would not recommend this item or this seller.

Excellent quality and value. The plastic protective covering that came with this unit, withstood a Trans-Pacific trip with multiple airport stops, it kept the luggage unscathed. Lightweight and the TSA locks were easy to set-up were a plus

The media could not be loaded. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM! I purchased the Alpha Camp 28” TSA spinner and paid $180 including tax and a savings coupon of $19.99. When I received the item, one of the clasps that hold it closed would not stay locked. (It’s my opinion that all 3 of the clasps are cheap plastic and would not hold up to baggage handlers.) I immediately applied to return the item. Makun, the seller of the Alpha Camp item offered a refund of $75.96. This is ridiculous! Why should I only receive essentially half of what I paid for the defective item? My suggestion…this is not a durable item, do not purchase it. The return policy is absurd.
