Needed a shelf for Mom’s hearing aids charger box, which was either sitting on the floor or getting pushed out of the way on the bench. Now it has its own resting place, undisturbed. The plate for the wall worked best for my outlet, because it didn’t matter if the ground was up or down, which was an issue with most all the others. The shelf size was bigger than I thought from the picture, and plenty for what I wanted. And I like that I can tuck the cord away in the shelf box so the excess isn’t hanging loose where it may get caught or pulled. It worked for this need, so I’m pleased. ... show more

Okay, I love my husband dearly... but he's more about function and completely ignores aesthetics. For the longest time the Echo Show in my kitchen was sitting on my counter with the cord INCONVENIENTLY draped across the entire thing, constantly being in the way of everything. Finally I bought this. The price fell well within my monthly "totally random purchase" budget. Installed the shelf IMMEDIATELY. Had to put it up on a different outlet because the cover is a little larger than a normal outlet plate. The outlet I originally wanted to put it on, the plate kissed the wood detail below it. So yeah. At least there was another convenient outlet close enough to move this to. Even my husband agrees that this looks so much better and is less annoying than our previous setup. Uhm... I guess don't put anything too heavy on it? As cute as it is, it's still plastic and the shelf part can potentially break if you force it. I'm only upset that it took me so long to finally get this shelf in my life!!! ... show more

4/26/2022, The Seller was GREAT and VERY RESPONSIVE! Now that I have installed the shelves they look great. My mesh system is no longer sitting on the floor collecting dust now they're on a shelf collecting dust ;) Everyone's Concerns: 1. They appear to be secure as I didn't want to over tighten them. The shelf does appears to lean forward a little but I think my deco S4 is to heavy for it or I need to tighten some more...IDK. 2. The face plate and shelf are 2 different color whites but I will probably spray paint them a different color at a later date so not a deal breaker. 3. I also have them installed 2 different ways just to see which I like more. 4. Oh, and the cord management, please lay the cord as flat as possible to get the shelf lid back in (very important). Again, the seller was great and patient with me and my delivery. I will update you in a few months ... show more

We put salt and pepper grinders on this shelf. It's close to the stove, so easy access for cooking. It's a great extra use of space.

I loved that there are two plate options. Worked great for my diffuser and a bonus that you can hide the cords inside. Plastic is not too strong so don’t put anything too heavy on top.
