  • excellent mixer to replace racks and racks of gear
Style: CQ-18T Digital Mixer
Amazing mixer! It's been so easy to set up and use and get crystal clear sound. It also has bluetooth & usb connection for your iphone as well as wifi connection to mix remotely so you can have your mixer at the stage and control it from the FOH using an ipad.

  • Great Easy to Use, Sounds Awesome
Style: CQ-18T Digital Mixer
Amazing, responsive touch screen, lots of built in overly easy effects and settings but also gives you access to more than that. Out of the box felt intuitive and super compact with tons of I/O options.

  • Incredible mixer and interface
Style: CQ-20B Digital Mixer
Bought this mixer to use with a couple 4 piece bands for in ear monitors, and also to record practices and shows. We were able to use it during a live show for monitoring and recording less than two weeks after receiving since we were already comfortable relying on it. I've never been able to get a recording of live band anywhere near this quality due to the setup generally required, but recording multitrack to SD only takes a few seconds to start once the inputs are already setup for monitoring. There are plenty of aux outputs so everyone can have their own mix, and bandmates were able to handle controlling their own levels after just a couple minutes of explanation. Previously used Focusrite Clarett+ with 8 extra channels over ADAT for similar purposes during practice, but the setup was too complex to bring to shows. And with a computer plugged in, reliability was a concern as there would be random cutouts at times. I expected the CQ-20B to struggle a bit as an interface when compared to the Focusrite, but I found it to work better and more reliably so far. The preamps are very clear and warm, though not as bright as the Focusrite with Air mode on, but this may actually be an advantage since I tended to leave Air on for all channels whether or not it was really necessary. The Auto Gain feature is incredible as well because it removes the need for nudging all the gain knobs down once everyone starts playing louder than they did for the sound check. As I am usually playing drums at that point, the convenience of this can't be overstated and only requires ensuring the gain for each channel starts above where needed to allow the gain assistant to turn it down to the ideal level. ... show more

  • One Complaint, But the Best Mixer For the Price!
Style: CQ-12T Digital Mixer
This is surely one of the best mixers in its price range. The 10 normal channels are plenty for my full band and the extra stereo input is awesome for some cool stereo guitar setups. The interface is easy to use, tablet/phone support is extremely useful (I bought a $20 router and it works perfectly), having 6 outputs is huge (I usually run 3 stereo outputs for in ears), and the onboard effects sound pretty good. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that mutes, mute groups, and dca's are not output specific. For example, if you mute a channel on the main screen, it will mute it for each of the outputs. So you can't mute an input for only one monitor output for example. You have to turn that fader down for that output. Even more annoyingly, DCA's are also linked. So when you adjust a DCA, it adjusts it for all outputs including the main. This is pretty annoying, but not a deal breaker. It just means you have to use individual faders for each output. Overall it's the best, most compact mixer I've ever used and I 100% recommended. Also, the Apache 4800 case from harbor freight perfect fit for the mixer, cables, and a small router. ... show more

  • Great compact powerhouse
Style: CQ-12T Digital Mixer
So versatile and powerful. Just used it for the first time for a fundraiser and it handled everything I threw at it: multiple mics, headset, guitar, singers, canned music, Bluetooth streaming, attached a router and ran it from the back of the room with 250 people in it. No drops no worries. Also was able to record the entire event on a flash drive. There does seem to be a limit of about 2 hours worth of recording as it said my flashdrive was full but afterwards I checked and there was still about 80% open space on it. May just be a setting. I wasn’t real impressed with the easy eq stuff as I ended up just changing all channels to full eq and ran it like a normal board. I have experience with A&H qu line, sq line, dlive, as well as analog. ... show more
