All of the positive comments about Allen Edmonds on here are spot on. Most new shoes hurt my feet for quite some time. These are my second pair of Allen Edmonds and they both feel as though I had broken them in for six months from the very first time I put them on . They look great too.

My shoes fit as expected and well. I liked the cut of the loafer and quality of materials, If I there was a second color like medium or light tan I'd buy it as well since the style is perfect for more formal and informal occasions, great for the office. Bill

Nice shoes. Not quite as good as AE's higher line shoes, but worth the money. The side of the loafer is a little high and rubs my ankle, but that is different for others I suspect.

The Shoes were sold as new and they were just put in a box with little tissue and no packing. I attempted to talk to someone but that is impossible. So I spent 299.00+ for a pair a beautiful made shoes that were mishandled and have to go to a weddding. The shoes are not in new condition and now have to go to the. Cobbler to be fixed and polished. So much for free shipping. My opinion means nothing but I can chose next time to buy elsewhere. ... show more

This show unfortunately had a very stiff heel that rubbed and caused blisters almost immediately unfortunately. The shoe rides higher than normal around the ankle and overall did not fit as well as i had hope from a premium shoe. I have been wearing this particular brand/model of shoes for 20+ years. They are extremely comfortable, look great and wear extremely well. Usually, I can get a pair resoled /heeled twice through Allen Edmonds, allowing me to wear them almost everyday and get 7-8 years out of them before replacing with a new pair.
