Just did a first trial run with the wig. I was able to put it on my head and do some household organizing without even affixing it properly--just propped it on. It is synthetic hair and that is apparent, and the part looks kinda fake but really for the price I'm pretty happy with it overall. One thing: the brown is pretty much a light brown and they didn't have a medium or dark brown (just black with brown highlights which would way too dark for me). A shame they didn't have a slightly darker shade as I would have ordered that as well.

I *hate* when products are misrepresented in the online photos here and that's why I'm giving it 3 stars. While this wig is really nice in and of itself, it is NOT the same wig pictured. As I suspected, it's about 2-3" shorter and much shorter in the back, so it is a bob -- not a pageboy like in the photo. The mannequin in the picture has a very long neck and keeping that in mind, the hair dusts her shoulders. I have a shorter neck than the mannequin, so the wig should come past my shoulders, but it doesn't come anywhere near my shoulders. It's only a little more than chin length. I wanted the length. Also, the bangs are not the same. The bangs on the mannequin start further up the forehead and are thicker. The bangs on this wig start lower down the forehead and are sparser. If the fact that this wig is different in these ways than the picture and it doesn't bother you as it does me, then you'll probably like this wig.
