Bought as a Christmas gift for a 7 year old who loves cheer and gymnastics. This is the condition after inflating it 4 times. It's used strictly inside only and on carpet! We loved it at first, but now I can see that this product will not stand the test of time if it is already showing cracks in the material after 4 uses! We bought the 13x3x8” mat for our daughter for Christmas and from day one it would not hold air. I tried emailing the number provided but did not hear back. I wanted to just exchange it because we got a great deal on it and the price had gone back up. No luck. However, I will say the return was very easy with no hidden costs. I got the refund as an Amazon credit (my choice) within 2 days of returning the mat to UPS store. Due to the price difference, we went with the 13x3x 4” mat this time and it has been 2 days and no air loss has occurred.
