They are true to size, I wear 8 1/2 in all my shoes and that is what I ordered. They are warm and comfortable. The fact that there is a zipper in addition to the laces sealed the deal for me as I have very high arches and cannot get my foot into many boots because the opening isn't big enough. I really like these boots. They are so cute, the fuzzy lining is quite comfortable, and not heavy at all. I usually wear a wide width in my size so I selected a half size larger. Just tried them on this evening while wearing thick socks and they fit nicely. If I were to change anything about them, I’d add a little cushioning under the lining. My wife wears a size 11 and these only go up to 10.5. She purchased the 10.5 and they fit comfortably since they have some stretch. She walked all around 6+ inches of snow and her feet didnt get cold or wet. She did spray them with water protectant before she wore them to help keep the water out. At first she was concerned the sole might not do well in the snow but she said they had great traction and snow doesn't stick to them. I don't do many reviews but these boots certainly deserved one.
