I have worn these shoes for over the last 20 years! So glad to see that Amazon is now offering them! I get compliments on them wherever I go and I always stop and sing their praises! None slip bottoms (have never worn or torn), soft kid leather with strong stiching that has never come undone or frayed and padded insoles! My last pair lasted me over 55 years of daily wear. This shoe is soft and has a very comfortable sole and insole, and is true to size. However, the back of the shoe (around your heel) is cut flat, not shaped to fit your heel. This caused my foot to push forward and was uncomfortable for me. If this kind of fit works for you, these are very nice, comfortable shoes. I fold the back of the shoe down on top of the insole and it fits perfectly like slippers. I wear them every day, but only inside as house shoes. ... show more

I’m very satisfied with this style shoe. I purchased a different style the first time in 7.5 I wear they were too small my toe touched the tip. I returned for a size 8 which was too roomy big. So I returned and purchased this style in my size 7.5 and it fits comfortably. I also was able to place my sore inserts for arch support. Still comfortable. And walking is very comfortable. I love these shoes but when I read the review most were saying size up, well I didn't and thank heavens I didn't. In the beginning they hurt the top of my feet until after the first wear, but after wearing the shoes twice they seem to have stretched and are now loose on my feet. If I had of know that they were going to stretch, I would have bought a smaller size. Other than that I love them. Besides them flopping off my feet now, they are cute, soft and comfortable. I would love to buy another pair in half a size smaller just to see if that would overcome the floppy shoe syndrome after they stretch. ... show more

This shoe is really a nice shoe. If I didn’t have such bad feet, I would absolutely love it! It’s a very comfortable soul and I like the bottom of the shoe that gives you a lot of protection when you want.

When picking my size, the description recommended that I buy a 1/2 size larger. It was too big so I would stick with what size you are. Otherwise, they are cute and very comfortable. Tops are super soft. I’m definitely going to buy another pair.
