I bought this robe for my husband for Christmas. I looked at allot of other ones but I decided to go with this one. The hood is very large and heavy and has a extra fleece material. Which is very soft and cozy. The robe itself is very soft and very warm. He is 6' tall and it goes to his ankles. so it's plenty long as well. It's been a month and the robe is holding up very well. The funny thing is, my husband bought me the exact robe for Christmas as well. We both decided to buy the same robe from so many different options at the exact same time. It's very beautiful, warm and cozy. It has some weight to it also. When it arrived a day early I picked up the box and was like this feels too heavy to be a robe. I'm 5'7 207 pounds and the L/XL fits perfectly. Length stops at my ankles and it wraps around my body plenty. It would easily cover a 300 pound person. The only complaint is the length of the arms. It fits my arms almost perfectly but if you are over 6 feet tall with longer arms the L/XL is going to be too short in the arms for you. I want to remove the couple of stitches that make the cuffs semi permanent but I don't want to ruin the robe so I can live with it for now since this is the nicest robe that I could find on Amazon that is affordable ... show more

Bought both the His and Her versions. S/M for me - 5' tall, 140lb. Bought L/XL for hubby, 5'10, 200lb. Male version has a hood. Female version does not. In both robes, the body wraps around almost 1.5x so it's plenty big. The wrists were a little tight, but the sleeves felt great. Would wear well over short sleeve or thin long sleeve top. These are for cold winter nights, tho, not warmer fall nights. They are very thick and polyester so they trap in all the heat. They're so long, the heat isn't gonna escape until the ankles. Wonderful if you have a drafty home or get cold easily but if you overheat easily, this is not the robe for you. ... show more

This robe is made well is very comfortable and it’s washable and it’s actually very well-made not 100% high-quality but it is very nice road for a man. He loves it and it keeps him warm when he’s sitting on the porch on the midwinter’s morning.❄️❄️

This just arrived today… it’s nice and thick, cozy and actually has a hood like the add says. 👍🏻 I returned the Ross Michales one… it was paper thin and no hood even though it stated it had one.

Super soft, everything very made well. Only down side is that it runs extremely large. I got the 1x-2x size but I'd say really a 3x-4x. Ended up giving it my son-in-law who's normally 2x-3x size. Fits him perfect.
